Edward Miller has more than 25 years of diverse legal and business experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry and related fields. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., responsible for creating and expanding Alexion’s global compliance program, spanning 50 countries. Previous to Alexion, Mr. Miller was Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Boehringer Ingelheim, leading a number of global legal functions, including litigation and government investigations, compliance, trademarks, and other risk management functions. He was also a Senior Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Miller started his career as a Law Clerk to Chief Justice Robert N. Wilentz of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He received his JD from the Rutgers University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
